The cost of a session is $250. Each child requires a separate session.

All ages are encouraged! We only ask they be able to sit independently.

Session fees may only be refunded within 24 hours of booking. If you need to reschedule your session, please give us at least one week's notice so that we have a chance to fill the spot, and so that we can transfer your deposit to a later date.

The short answer is yes, but the long answer depends on your children. If you want a sibling photo, please book a separate session for that.

All appointments must agree to the following terms and conditions.

Client Name is herein referred to as "the client" with the contact information provided upon booking

Business Name is herein referred to as "the studio" and extends to any photographer under the employment of or contracted by Julia Newman Photography.

NO SHOW/ LATE ARRIVAL

No shows will not be rescheduled or refunded. Late arrivals are dealt with on a case-by-case basis, time permitting. LOVE BUGS sessions are scheduled back to back and late arrivals mean the forfeit of that time.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation by the client within 48 hours of the session may not be refundable and will be at the discretion of the studio. Last-minute cancellations cannot be easily rebooked and is considered an opportunity cost to the studio. Cancellation requests prior to 48 hours may possibly be accepted if the client and the studio are able to find a date to reschedule and can rebook the appointment spot with another client.

DUTY OF THE CLIENT

SOCIAL MEDIA: All posts on social media (most importantly Instagram) should include a mention of the studio @lovebugs_portraits as well as a tag on the image and any hashtags relevant to the session event. This includes not only posting that takes place when you receive your images but also "latergrams" that include but not limited to holidays, birthdays, and anniversaries. Social media is our best source of new clientele and if you like your images enough to post them, viewers should be able to trace them back to our business.

MODEL RELEASE:

The client grants permission to Julia Newman Photography, LLC and LOVE BUGS PORTRAITS and its assigns, licensees, and sublicensees, permission to use the client and family's image or likeness in any and all forms of media for commercial purposes, advertising, trade, personal use, or any and all other uses.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY RELEASE: By agreeing to a photography session with Julia Newman Photography, I am hereby waiving, releasing, and discharging Julia Newman Photography and all its affiliates, from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me or my family including my traveling to and from this event. Julia Newman Photography is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. The client will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographers from any claims against their person or their business. The client swears that each person is participating voluntarily in the said photography session and forfeit all right to bring a suit against Julia Newman or Julia Newman Photography for any reason. Julia Newman Photography is not responsible for uncooperative parties.

COOPERATION

In the event that a cannot be photographed, the studio will use their best judgment on how to handle and will most likely offer to return or to reschedule, schedule permitting. It is understood that the behavior of children is unpredictable, however, the photographer is not liable if children do not cooperate during sessions.
